During my role with the estate agency, I was able to expand into the social media atmosphere, to market the agency and attract attention to its catalogue and increase audience engagement. I opened official company profiles on a wider range of social platforms and developed content for the group appropriate to the industry, as well as main stream B2C advertising. The success of the content and exposure was commented on by both the selling clients and buyers. Due to the lack of live videos provided by the company, I thought out of the box and created animations from stills in order to ensure the YouTube audience was covered. Online content creation and posting of media presentations. Creating and animating of videos for real estate. Liaising with resort developers and sourcing of properties through real estate property platforms. Compiling and posting of property listings for sale onto the company property portals. Dealing with clients to assist in finding suitable properties for sale and rentals. Using Canva, mailchimp, windows video editor, photoshop, adobe, adobe express, gimp and various other software programs. Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, twitter and TikTok. Assisting with SEOs and SEM and Google Ads, Google business, website design and creation. Implementing blog content and social media. Sponsorship offers and sourcing within local area.

Responsible for all aspects of running the office. Accounts processing up to balance sheet, debtors and creditors, VAT returns, Payroll (Sage) of up to 150 employees, all staff files. On site H&S and training over 12 sites. Ordering and supply of all chemicals for the contract cleaning of the sites. Organising and providing support to the site technicians, monitoring sub-contractors. Overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring new staff members are trained in all health and safety requirements and training.
