  • Responsible for planning and delivering a high number of larger, simultaneous, and more high profile events on a weekly basis.

  • Effectively manage all administrative tasks associated with Imports and Exports and ensuring all shipment departures and arrivals are running on schedule and any issues resolved in a timely manner.

F&B Supervisor and Receptionist Barceló Harrogate Majestic (Harrogate, North Yorkshire) May ’09 – June´12

 

  • Working as an F&B Supervisor for one of Barceló’s largest hotels in Harrogate
  • Supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis. After the completion of each service, I ensure that I and my team make the restaurant available for the next service.
  • Delegate tasks to my team of 9 members. I ensure each staff member does what they are best at. 
  • Welcome guests and ensure they are provided with the best service. Providing service according to the standards of the hotel is a major part of my role.
  • Carry out the required procedures regarding billing system with all cashiers and staff.

  • Handling guest problems and dealing with guest requirements.

 

Also I supported reception in the busiest periods as Sundays and bank holidays: Answering telephones and intercoms, taking messages, responding to inquiries, giving directions, providing basic information to guess, dealing with guess complaints, doing check-in and check-out, communicating with housekeeping department for any request.etc.

 

Part time working at Jet2.com as Passenger service agent in Leeds Bradford airport April´11- September´11

 

Working behind the desk doing checking, responsible for making sure that passengers are caring the right documents, guiding them threw the right boarding gates taking queries on the phone along with dealing with special requests and guest complains.

My job is to ensure all passengers boarding the flight are happy and satisfied.
