I am a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Estates, Facilities and Sustainability Manager. I was developed into a corporate estates and facilities professional following multiple successful Head of Estate roles, delivering high-functioning facilities and services for all stakeholders. I was responsible for all aspects of facilities management and budgeting for over 15 hospitals, care homes and community housing projects. I ensured all building compliance items were delivered to an excellent level. In addition to the Estates and Facilities roles, I was embedded as part of the procurement team - reviewing SLA contracts, utilising tools to ensure cost efficiency/savings and utilising tender processes to develop new contracts. Further more, my roles included significant project management responsibilities - Redeveloping facilities, building new developments, and providing energy sustainability improvements across the group. With a strong technical background built on many years of experience, I am able to adapt easily to the demands of a fast-paced environment and to deliver for the company's needs.
I have effectively developed business elements and strategies to deliver on corporate goals. I own and master different challenges that I encounter, which drives me to succeed. I am renowned for working hard whilst collaborating with others and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential and thereby contribute to the success of the business. Experiencia
Over the past 8 years I have been working as head of estates and facilities for different healthcare organisations. I managed the entire facilities and services and then moved into a corporate role where I supported teams within regions to deliver compliance targets and corporate strategies. Before these roles I in a number of General MAnager roles for Pubs and Restaurants across London.
