Shigeru Ito

I'm a Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Consultant, and Illustrator who constructs the elements of storytelling and brings ideas to life by connecting creative execution and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of our strategic communication.
I strive to master the creative idea development process complemented by the digital/online field and a greater understanding of human behaviour. Orientation to digital marketing strategies allowed me to cover broad areas from integrated campaigns to consumer experience design mix with traditional/offline and online media.
My multi-country experience awarded me the skills to develop sophisticated communication designs internalising local contexts within universally-present approaches. Orientation to grow in the creative field through innovative technologies as well as non-verbal communication, illustration, visual and design thinking, etc.

I have various experience in creative industry from managing director of a mid-size startup web service to creative director, art director at global advertising agencies with skillsets of managing working process, quality control, and more importantly managing collaborative working environment for cross-functional teams among creative, tech and marketing. My favourite creative idea development approaches are with my academic background, anthropology not only marketing and art so it always comes with data analysis, fieldworks and researches.
