Sheila Piedra Barrull

I am a curious and motivated scientist with a broad scientific background and 7+ years of experience in biomedical research. I have conducted basic and preclinical research, managing several projects related to molecular biology, behavioral biology, genetics, and drug discovery, with a special focus on neuroscience. I developed a repertoire of transferable skills that broaden and add value to my profile as a healthcare professional, such as problem solving, critical thinking, project management, and self-management, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

I am currently looking for new and challenging opportunities within the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industry, with special interest in the Medical Department, to further develop my professional career and push personal boundaries.
