Sergio Fuster Borreguero

Good Morning, My name is SERGIO FUSTER BORREGUERO and I am 31 years old. I am Spanish, and I currently live in Palma de Mallorca, but I am looking to relocate to Barcelona as soon as possible for personal reasons. I have been one of the main partners of AXA “AGENCIA DE FUSTER ASSEGURANCES” from January 2011 onwards. I have been performing different administrative, commercial, consulting, and financial tasks, being a fundamental part of the growth of the Agency itself. We sell AXA products to final customers and we have a portfolio of more than 1000 customers, that has doubled in the past 4-5 years. What I like most about my job is being able to help my clients and in general, people. I am very good at customer service and customer advice, and I feel very comfortable talking to customers and selling products to them. In the past years I was dedicated mainly to this. I have left the more commercial side of the Agency to the rest of the team and I was more focused on dealing with customer care and customer success in order to improve all the KPIs related to the loss ration of the customers. I think I have been giving a lot to the agency, but I am also ready for the next step in my career. I have decided to step away from the insurance world, and to open new horizons. As a result of this I am looking to relocate to Barcelona and start in a corporate environment. Also, I would like to move to a more operational and advisory role. Here what I can bring on the table: I can be very patient helping customers getting exactly what they want, and very persuasive to convince them I have got the right solution for them. I do not easily lose my temper, and I normally utilize my calm and patience to achieve long term results. I am a listener, and I am very detailed and results oriented: I like talking about solutions, not problems. More on a personal side, I currently speak 4 languages (Spanish, Catalan, Italian and English) and I am currently studying French. I love travelling and practicing different sports. I also love cooking: as you may see from my resume, I have started my career by studying in a Cooking Academy in Mallorca, and right after I finished, I have started working in a very well-known restaurant. However, it took me just few months to realize that that was not the life that I wanted. I want to be in contact with people and customers. Just to finish off: I am a positive person, I like working in group, I like to be motivated and to growth both professional and personally. This is why I am applying to this position: I feel it is time for me to take the next challenge in a corporate environment.
