Sara Barquero Escalante

4+ years of experience in childcare and child education. 
As a Senior Psychology student, these years I’ve been passionate about Educational Psychology, child neurological development and Learning Psychology. 

Also, I‘ve been practicing sports my whole life, being basketball, crossfit, weightlifting and hiking my favorite. I’m a very outdoors person.

Another of my greatest passions is music, attending the conservatory and playing the guitar in a self-taught way.

Also, I have always been exposed to multicultural spaces and to communicating with foreigners in numerous moves I have had with my family, developing sociability and communication skills and perfecting my English, of which I have a C1 level.

These past 4 ½ years I have been working for several families, both internally and occasionally, while also working as a bar manager in the oldest and most famous chocolate shop in Spain and studying a degree in Psychology, which I am in my last year. This multi-job has helped me to develop time management skills, organization, responsibility for my work and my studies and hard work. I am a person who strives to make sure that the things I commit to go well and not settle for the minimum effort.

As I mentioned before, I am in my last year of Psychology in UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia) I also have training in emotional management, mindfulness and coaching in Universidad de Murcia and also in Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos (COP)

On the other hand, I have training in general first aid, pediatric first aid and can provide a recent sexual offenses certificate.

Finally, I also have a food handler's license, which qualifies me to work with food, as well as the treatment that should receive the meals of people with intolerances and allergies.
