With experience as a hostel receptionist at Wild Elephants Hostel in Bratislava and Casa Barcelo Camp Nou in Barcelona, I excel at managing reservations, providing excellent guest service, and resolving issues with a smile. I'm also a pro at handling transactions and offering recommendations for local hotspots.

Beyond work, I'm a social butterfly who enjoys bringing people together. I've volunteered at Black Swan Hostel, organizing parties and events that fostered a sense of community among guests.
