• Be the first point of contact for the company and coordinate office related topics
• Follow up and supervision of tracking software and report to Management
• Administrative support related to invoices, expenses, shipments and risk prevention, and others across the organization to the highest quality standards
• Ensure the office is operating smoothly
• Coordinate front-desk activities, including: reception and preparation of deliveries, distributing correspondences, and answering, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls.
