Ricardo Mantero

Experienced iOS developer specialized in Apple platforms since 2010. With a strong foundation in Swift, SwiftUI, and modern app architectures, I have led and collaborated on a wide range projects for companies of all sizes, from startups to global corporations. Beyond client projects, I have a strong background in indie development, having published a significative number of self-made apps to the App Store. I enjoy working with the newest technologies, and thrive in agile environments where clean code and continuous improvement are a priority.

I’ve been working as an iOS developer since 2010, focusing entirely on Apple platforms. Over the years, I’ve been involved in many projects, both for clients, personal apps published on the App Store and as an employee in various companies.

The last four years, I’ve been working as a senior iOS developer on the Santander One App, adding new features and maintaining the codebase. In this app we used Swift, Combine for reactive programming, and architectures like MVVM and MVP.

I’m also used to working in agile environments, participating in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Outside of client work, I enjoy building my own apps, many of them have been published on the App Store over the years. This has helped me to stay up to date with the latest frameworks
