My name is Raúl and I am a 22-year-old Law graduate. Currently I am seeking for a job which helps me to develop my customer service skills. I am also looking forward to acquire more experience in team leading. I am interested in working in an international environment, especially in the ones which involve teamwork.

Leading a wonderful team of port staff during cruise port services operations for some of the best-known cruise lines worldwide. Mainly in charge of the embarkation and debarkation process inside the terminal.
This post has revealed a whole new skill of team leadership to me, as I have to manage big teams (up to 30 people) and make the best of their jobs to achieve some of the best scores in shoreside services worldwide.

Cruise embark/debark operations at Barcelona Cruise Terminals. Carrying out sshuttle bus coordination, ffront desk and Check In operations, luggage drop off assistance, and all kinds of guest services operations on land.
Apart from introducing me to the tourism and cruise industry, this post has allowed me to achieve new skills and a wide usage of English language applied to tourism in almost every task.
