In my role as a trusted advisor, I am the relied-upon resource for managers and employees, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices to people management. 
Ownership and influence are my two favourite words, and with them I show others that they can lead and have an impact on their teams.

Some of 🙋‍♀️ my most successful projects have involved the development of an employee handbook, an employee HR portal, a reboarding process, middle management coaching, and soft skills training.

I find joy in running, crafting, and exploring new horizons. Residing in the beautiful Canary Islands, I embrace the remote work lifestyle, allowing me to seamlessly blend work and life experiences.

Recruitment: 10 simultaneous recruitment processes with multiple vacancies under my responsibility with a reduction of recruitment time from 2 -3 months to 30 days.
