  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive business plan and marketing strategy.
     
  • Built and managed a team of two developers, two designers, and one marketer. Integrated Agile methodologies to improve workflow and communication. 
  • Bootstrapped the design and development of the MVP, including an IOS app and desktop platform.
  • Attracted over 400 users and 50 active B2B and B2C startups to the platform using only organic growth strategies.
  • Conducted customer development by interviewing over 20 startup founders, to ensure that the platform was aligned with their needs and requirements.

         Econia | Limited-Edition Water with AI-generated NFT Labels

         Project Manager

  • Worked closely with the selected creative agency to develop and implement the relaunch marketing strategy.
  • Formed partnership with ZibraAI’s charity NFT project, “Sirens Gallery,” to create unique and compelling NFT artworks for the water bottle labels. 
  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure that the product was manufactured and distributed efficiently and effectively.
  • Successfully negotiated distribution agreements with major supermarket and retail chains such as Auchan, Silpo and Rost increasing product reach and boosting sales quarterly revenue by over 20%.

         Econia | MVP of Baby Food Delivery Platform

         Project Manager

  • Developed a comprehensive business plan that included canvas model, market analysis, and financial projections for the project.
  • Successfully presented the project to the board of directors and secured funding for the testing stage.
