Over the years I continue to be passionate about Recruitment, I continue to be amazed by how much we can impact people lives and businesses in a positive way, and how much knowledge one can gain continuously and about market/economy trends and, particularly, the insight we get about every industry we recruit for, Tech being my favorite one.

After spending 10 years, nurturing Recruitment teams across EU, I have decided to focus on what makes me happier and I love the most which is recruitment and account management; I like being in the middle of the buzz and the adrenaline of the process :), and I can still lead and motivate others by being an example.

As a specialist in international Recruitment I have experience managing basic and fast moving recruitment processes and delivering the best service in the shortest time to both clients and candidates alike, but also managing recruitment processes for positions which are a tad more complex such as CFO, CEO, CTO, high experienced IT profiles, Engineers, etc.

Following 15 years of successful experiences doing recruitment myself as well as developing, growing and leading recruitment teams, while providing with HR advice to companies across Europe I have decided to start my own venture as a Consultant.
