• Supported the mechanical design team of Volodrone, Had the responsibility to conceptualise and integrate new solutions from scratch, including but not limited to structural brackets for high voltage cabling, achieving a reduction of weight by 50% from the original design while keeping the structural rigidity.
• Supported the lead engineer to close the design by creating technical drawings of parts and assemblies.
• Prototyping and integrating new solutions using FDM and SLS 3D printing technology.
• Designing and planning test apparatus to perform reviews on new and current designs.
