As an extensively traveled individual, I believe that I have the knowledge, skills, resources and experience to be a value-add to your company. I have visited over 40 countries, planned more than 200 trips with Backroads; sometimes leading 20 people across, 7 countries in just 10 days. At times, I was fortunate enough to work with guests from all over the world; including the Rothschild, McDonalds, Neisen and Love families, while I was working for the company, The World Luxury Residences at Sea. On these expeditions, I was employed as the trip leader and developer. I was responsible for the administrative duties, budget management as well as daily activity preparations. Through my years of experience, I have learned to be very detail orientated, while keeping the big picture in mind. I quickly learned how to identify the needs of the guests and to fulfill their expectations, while solving any problems that would arise and improvising where necessary. I believe that I am able to create experiences which keep the clients feeling safe, engaged and excited, while maintaining a professional and well organised frame of mind. I am a warm individual, who is able to network easily wherever I go, and I am always respectful of the privacy of the guests.

As an experienced tutor, I have developed the necessary skills to efficiently communicate with the parents, in a warm and welcoming manner. I feel that this is a fundamental part of a child's schooling career, as the parents should be intimately involved in creating a wholesome community. I have become a versatile teacher over the years, as I had many great opportunities to gain experience in helping to mold a wide variety of young inquisitive minds. It has also taught me the different skills necessary, to offer positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep students focused and motivated.
