Manage the design department and provide a creative vision not just for the design team but the whole organization.  Establish processes and practices for realizing that vision, and set the quality for the projects. Ensure that the principles are appropriately interpreted through the team’s work.
Design layouts for websites and landing pages with HTML and Javascript, creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing. Prepare creativities such as banners and pictures for the marketing department. Optimize the landing pages to improve the performance. Design products for mobile, such as apps and responsive sites and create the prototypes with Figma based on User Experience (UX).
