Acerca de Mia Cohen:
I am a highly ambitious Law Graduate from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia. I have combined my passions for travel and academia throughout both my Law and Media (PR & Advertising) degrees, recently finishing my second semester-long exchange in Madrid, Spain studying law subjects at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In 2024 I worked as a Paralegal delving into the world of property law in both a legal and administrative role. Here I cultivated strong organisational and time management skills, finding myself able to approach each new task with an open mind and positivity. Further, as a highly social and collaborative student, I thrive in teamwork and was recently selected as one of three undergraduate UNSW Law students to partake in a Law and Technology elective course completing group tasks alongside University of Zurich (UZH) law students and professors. My semester exchange at the University of Leeds, UK in 2022 and work experience in consulting at the Middle East gaming start-up Ludeo in 2023 introduced me to the world of public speaking and developed my cross-cultural communication skills, which I am eager to bring to the workplace. Alongside my Media bachelor’s degree, I have experience in the Media field working part-time as a Public Relations Assistant, developing skills in influence and negotiation through developing social media content. I am eager to combine my media and legal experiences to become a passionate, professional and accountable Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

I am a recent law graduate with a dual degree in Law and Media (PR & Advertising) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. My global perspective has been shaped by international academic exchanges in the UK and Spain, as well as participation in programs like the University of Zurich’s Law and Technology course and the Global Business Practicum at Reichman University in Israel. These opportunities refined my ability to navigate complex legal challenges across diverse jurisdictions.
In addition to my legal expertise, I bring skills in persuasive communication and strategic storytelling, developed through my media studies and professional experience working with high-profile clients, such as L’Oréal Australia, in public relations. Collaborating with startups, such as Ludeo in Israel, further enhanced my ability to devise innovative and actionable solutions in dynamic settings.
With a passion for international law, intellectual property, and cross-border legal matters, I am eager to contribute my unique blend of skills and experiences to impactful legal projects.
