Head of Talent, Culture & Development - Telefonica Tech · 2023 - 2023

●  Led a team of 3 People Specialists, supporting a 700 people business unit (IoT & Big Data) across recruitment, talent

development and culture.

●  Led the development and implementation of a new company culture program, resulting in a 10% increase in

employee engagement. Created and delivered training sessions on cultural values, reaching over 1,000 employees.

●  Created and launched a new employee onboarding program that prioritizes cultural integration and engagement.

●  Developed and implemented a new learning & development (L&D) strategy that boosted employee satisfaction and

participation with training by 15%, while also supporting the company's strategic goals. Partnered with HRBPs team

to identify and develop training programs that supported the company's overall business objectives.

●  Effectively leading and inspiring a team of recruitment professionals to provide top-notch service and meet tight

deadlines, with the goal of reducing time to hire by 10% by the end of the year.

Head of People & Culture - COR · 2019 - 2023

●  Started as Sr. People & Culture Manager in 2019 and promoted to Head of People & Culture in 2021. Acting as the

●  Head of the People & Culture team, leading a team of 3 People Partners (3X growth in 2 years) and acting as a business partner to the leadership team (founders, directors and team leads). Leading the global recruiting strategy, growing COR from 17 to +120 employees in less than 3 years, spanning across LATAM, US, EMEA & APAC. Strong experience in Tech & IT profiles, representing 60% of COR’s employee base.

●  Responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, improving people operations and processes, and designing strategies to improve employee retention (1,7% turnover in 2 years). Influencing COR’s benefits and compensation strategy.

●  Experienced in building and growing team culture in a hyper growth startup.

●  Responsible for defining COR’s performance management strategy and building succession & career planning.

HR Manager - Hunter Security S.A. · 2017 - 2018

●  Responsible for monitoring and improving existing HR processes and policies, acting as an HR Manager in the

People Operations team.
