Lorenzo Priola

I am Lorenzo a thirty three years old man. I am a former soldier of the Italian army, where I passed five years of my life. After that I worked for seven years as a Bartender in London, dealing with high volume service with some of the most demanding guests, and customers. My aim has always been to help customers in their experience. Every doubt or problem needs to be solve the best way possible, customer care and problem solving skills are some of the skills I have perfected in these years. I am able to emphasize with the clients need, and look for the best way to help them and give them the satisfaction they are looking for. I am an hard worker and I love challenges, I feel the need to improve my skills in any working place, since I think that there is something to learn from in every environment. I am very fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish, Italian is my mother tongue. I have no problem in working with computers since it is something I have been doing for years, as bartender, bar manager and as a soldier. I am sure I can be an additional value to the company, hoping I will have the chance to have a new and exiting experience.

After high school I worked for a period of time as a customer service and restaurants,  just to join the army at 21 years old. At 26 years old I decided to move to London. There I passed roughly seven years, where I learnt several skills in customer care, and hospitality: Problem solving skills, communication skills, computer skills, ability to work under pressure, long shifts. I worked for casual restaurants, cocktail bars, and five stars hotels, learning to deal with different kind of customers from different background and different approach to service. Some names are: My neighbours the dumplings, 12th knot at Sea containers Hotel, Opium cocktail bar and dim sum parlour.
