Lead Supervisor at CNMV 

• On site and off site investigations of investment firms and credit institutions using a risk based approach
• Compliance risk assessment: conduct obligations, organisational and prudential requirements under the national and European regulations (LMV, MiFID, MIFIR and CRD IV)
• Member of ESMA's (European Securities & Markets Authority) task force on CFD and other derivative instruments
• Provision of reports and risk assesments to Senior Management 
• Planning of supervisory actions as the investigation coordinator
