Translation project manager specialized in fashion industry. In charge of managing several fashion clients, following and supervising the entire translation process, from project approval to delivery to the client, after going through a quality control of SDL Trados and Xbench. Accustomed to working with deadlines from one to another day and responding to urgent customer requests, such as same-day deliveries, correction of glossaries and translation memories, making budgets, terminology revision or changes, etc... Good at working both individually and within a team. I have managed changes in glossaries and translation memories with the Language Resources department.

Negotiating rates, stregthening relations or seeking new contacts with Vendor Managements and when it was necessary, I have worked with the Technical Support department and DTP. Close contact with translators, asking for availability, strengthening relationships, negotiating rates, reviewing terminology or changes, etc... Lead, motivate and prepare interns, first with more bearable projects until they manage several clients independently, always under supervision.
