Conducted advanced research in inflammation-related diseases, focusing on nanoformulation design and mechanistic studies for the development of precision nanomedicines. Some of my key responsibilities and accomplishments during this period include:

1) Project management and Cross-disciplinary liaison: 

• Design and coordination of 4 different project ensuring timely execution, resource alignment, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Collaboration with academic leaders in cancer research (breast and lung metastasis). 
• Consulting to industrial partners: Provided technical support to enhance process development and operational efficiency (ViaNautis, Cambridge-based company).
• Mentored and supervised fellow colleagues and their progresses.

2) Preclinical Validation: development and validation in-vitro inflammation models by profiling biological markers using advanced cell analysis techniques (ELISA, cytometry, RT-qPCR).

3) Drug Discovery and Development:

• Developed and optimized scalable nanoformulation processes through SOP development, under Quality by Design (QbD) principles, including automation strategies.
• Patent Co-Owner: Anti-Metastatic Nanoparticles, therapy co-autor. Designed and guided preclinical studies and led patent application process.

4) Strategic Communication and Publications:

• Attended 8 international conferences, delivered 4 poster sessions and 4 oral presentations. Notably, the award-winning dissertation to medical professionals at the West China Hospital, Sichuan 2023.
• Orchestration of the collaboration with stakeholders, minutes redaction, preparation of audience-tailored presentations for internal and external dissemination (academic, industrial, voluntarily research dissemination).
• Literature review and preparation of peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, protocols, and reports.
