El eje principal de mi carrera en F&B, es el mundo del vino. Su misión cultural y gastronómica me apasionan. Me he dedicado a este sector desde múltiples ángulos: la venta directa, exportación, promoción, consultoría, y más recientemente en microbiología y biotecnología. Me motiva la comunicación alrededor de la cultura del vino en los mercados, y su desarrollo exitoso comercial.
