Javier Cintas Ruiz

Hi, I'm Javier Cintas. Currently I'm living in Madrid, working as Finance Trainee in Universal Pictures International Spain and studying a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management in ESIC Business & Marketing School.

Very interested in cinema and entertainment industry, but also into retail. I am a curious, organise and peaceful person, with a huge desire to learn about everything. But above all of this, I am a film and music lover. 

Finance Trainee in Univesal Pictures International Spain (sep 2022-sept 2023)

• Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A
  budget and actual expenses.
• Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and SAP software
• Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes.
• Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR.
• Supervision of invoices accounting.
• Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of
  KPIs.
• Customer and vendor balances reconciliation.
• Assist with any other ad hoc projects.
• Box office analysis and forecasts.
