I started my carrier at Bite Latvija in Logistics team. As newcomer I started to learn telecommunications industry from the start. I did warehouse inventory, learned Axapta and excel. Ordered third party stock from vendors and issued invoices/debit notes to customers. As my experience grew and I showed good progress, my responsibilities grew. I took charge for Bite Latvija Demo devices, employee devices, loan/swap devices in Bite Latvia stores. Big part of those responsibilities was SOP development. I also started to train our new employees. In 2021 I became After Sales Team manager, and I started to lead my department. My daily tasks included meetings with our partners - service centres, signing agreements and help our partners together grow and reach new heights. I also helped Customer Support team to resolve customer complaints regarding devices that we're selling and issues that they encounter with device warranty and non-warranty repairs. I manage to decrease customer complaints by 52%.
