Leader, manager and mentor of a long distance SW team located in Cairo, Bobiny and India. In charge of ensuring that all team leaders have all the tools, knowledge and problem-solving techniques necessary to meet the demanding milestones of the Valeo Visibility Research and Development Lighting Embedded Software projects, which specialize in the development of Automotive lighting products (rear, head and interior lightning).

15 years of experience as engineer, 13 years in sw embedded development in roles like tester, tester lead, system angineer, quality engineer, developer, product owner,  scum master, SAFE lead.

4  years as Sr Team Leader managing a the development team for base SW and RTe configuration with a team of 22 engineers. And 1.5 Sw discipline Manager Regional Leader from Andalucia for a team locates in Egypt.  In all this securing the development of Sw development using C language following autosar, with comm protocol like CAN, CAN FD and LIN. Creating bussiness continuty plan, retention plan, and support engineers witht he career paths to have a healthy succesion plan and proper growth of an Area. Other of the administrative acitvities i do is to provide and protect the estimation provided to accomplish the commiments witht he projects, and manage the consumption in proper rythm.

Graduted as Electronic System engineer with master in project management.  And a diploma of Management skills.  Generla Electric Green belt and Continental Scrum master certification.
