Hanan Bachir Salvador

My name is Hanan Bachir, I am currently based in Barcelona, Spain, and hold Spanish citizenship.

I bring over eight years of experience in the engineering and contracting field, having worked on a wide range of projects including electrical substations, landfills and waste treatment facilities, embassies, cultural and health centers, water tanks, sports facilities, road works, steel structures, and renovation works.

In addition to my technical background, I have extensive experience in quantity surveying, including the preparation of monthly interim payments and project close-out documentation. My role has consistently involved daily coordination with project managers, owner representatives, and subcontracting companies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals.

• Successfully prepared complex Bill of Quantities & Specs. For an Embassy project accompanied by continuous onsite, follow up during implementation including quantity surveying and preparing monthly interim payments.
• Distinguished for winning a UNDP Sports Facility Tender being prepared fully single handed 
• Assured efficient cash collection by verifiable & timely interim invoices aligned with constant projects supervision 
• Exposure to: Electrical Substations, Landfills and Waste Treatment Facilities, Embassies, Cultural and Health Centers, Water Tanks, Sport Facilities, Road Works, Steel Structures , Renovation works 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Studying Tender Documents, Specifications & Drawings, Preparing Take-off Quantities, and comparing with the quantities given in the Consultant B.O.Q highlighting variances 
• Accomplishing Tender Price Schedules along with analysis and breakdown of costs, as well as preparing full technical tender documents for official submission 
• Carrying out Interim Payments of simultaneously ongoing projects through coordinated Quantity surveying reports,  then submitting to consultant 
• Planning and scheduling of projects using Primavera whether for tenders or execution
• Publishing AUTOCAD drawings, & assembling Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, & Daily) for ongoing projects 
• Supervising site works to assure Quality Compliance, plus presenting Material Conformity Reports & Submittals 
• Attending meetings with the consultants and main clients on regular basis throughout the time of execution and resolving any issues in need of attention
