I am currently working at an M&A boutique in Barcelona, where I have gained a comprehensive view of the entire deal process, taking on responsibilities from initial financial analysis and financial modeling to report preparation, LOI negotiations, and overseeing due diligence. I also conduct market sizing analyses to assess growth opportunities. This experience has helped me develop strong analytical and strategic skills. 
I am extremely passionate about private equity, where I can apply my expertise to identify and maximize investment value.

After gaining valuable experience at large corporations like UBS in Wealth Management and Amundi Asset Management, I decided to transition to a smaller M&A boutique to have a more hands-on role and greater influence on the deal process. This move has allowed me to take on significant responsibilities, giving me a comprehensive view of each transaction and the ability to directly impact outcomes.

I studied at ESADE Business School, where I graduated with honors in Applied Mathematics for Business Sciences. Additionally, I completed a course in Financial Modeling, covering key topics such as LBO, the three financial statements, DCF analysis, and comparables. As part of my academic journey, I had the opportunity to study for half a year at Bentley University in Boston, where I gained exposure to a different educational system and had the chance to immerse myself in new cultures.
