Hi 

My name is Filipa and I am a portuguese swiss army knife.

As a real estate agent, administrative tasks, such as meetings, clear agendas, preparing briefings, flagging conflicts , drafting follow-up emails, keeping records and maintaining a clean office were my daily tasks. When I worked there, I was also the person who very often would organize the team travel bookings and come up with ideas for getting more outbound clients and leads.

I am a people person - from my years as a pastry chef I developed a very focused on the solution type of thinking and I am neat and organized - you always have to keep your kitchen super clean and neat- not to mention we had events every week and I was always involved in the preparation and organization of those .

I speak Portuguese, English and Spanish and I am very often in my jobs called the person that lifts up the team spirit and mood as I am quite self-motivated and proactive.

I´m Filipa and I was never one size fits all - I´m very much polyvalent in everything I do and I trust this is what you need in an assistant - I am organized, punctual and creative.

My skills and prior experience as a pastry chef have allowed me to thrive in fast-paced environments, last minute obstacles and having a very focused on the solution, never in the problem type of thinking. I´ve also dealt with a fair share of event organizing.

Becoming a health and wellness coach gave me the growth on active listening and developing accountable programs, as well as maintaining my clients accountable.

And as a real estate agent, administrative tasks such as meetings, clear agendas, preparing briefings, flagging conflicts, drafting follow-up emails, keeping records as well as being a mediator on an overall stressed environment such as ( buying/selling) a house, were my day to day.
