Fariz Luis Adrian Meirani

My name is Fariz Adrian, and I work in the hospitality industry.

From a young age, I have always admired how hotels can make us feel at home. Being a people-oriented person, I found this industry to be the perfect place to build my professional career.

I began my professional career with two internships at Relais & Châteaux hotels: Faustino Gran Hotel in Menorca and Heritage Hotel in Madrid. These experiences allowed me to develop a detailed and personalized approach to luxury service.

After completing my studies, I was eager to take the next step in my hospitality career and joined Marriott International’s Voyage Program, a prestigious postgraduate program. Through this, I spent 1.5 years in Hamburg, gaining hands-on experience in Housekeeping, Spa, Front Office, and Guest Services/MOD. The program provided a comprehensive perspective on Rooms Operations from a supervisory and management standpoint.

I had the opportunity to work at four different properties:

1. The Westin Hamburg Hotel (First 12 months)
2. Marriott & Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel (2-week exchange)
3. Renaissance & Marriott Hamburg Hotel (Multi-property role for the final 6 months)

After successfully completing the Voyage Program, I continued my career as a Front Office Supervisor at the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel.

I studied Gastronomy and Hotel Management at Francisco de Vitoria University in Spain.

In my second year, I had the opportunity to study for one year at John Brown University in Arkansas, USA, thanks to a football scholarship. During this time, I pursued a degree in International Business, an experience that sparked my deep interest in different cultures.
