I'm writing to express my interest in the position of Customer Service and take this opportunity to outline my skills, knowledge and experience and the reasons why I believe I would be the right candidate for this role.
I feel that my positive and professional attitude, as well as my experience working in the customer service field for several years and the experience working as Customer Relations make me a strong candidate for this position.
For the past two years, I've worked in the customer service environment, I have a wealth of experience when it comes to providing first class service and resolving any queries or issues that might arise with customers. My communication skills both verbal and written are strong and I have experience using MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook,Dynamic,Word,Power Point).
In the last year I had the opportunity to be trained as Customer Relations in general of the company that I have worked for. Some of my responsibilities were to arrange collections for internal deliveries and external couriers, communicate by email or telephone with customers, photocopy, fill and maintain records.
Above all, I love working with people. I am friendly, hard worker and enjoy developing great rapport with everyone I interact with.
