Role:                                     EMEA Microsoft Professional Support - Exchange Specialist, Spain
• Provide remote support to IT professionals involved in the development, deployment and 
management  of  Microsoft  Exchange  solutions  in  commercial  environments  located  in 
Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Take ownership of new cases and complete the Service-Level Agreement (SLA).
• Contact customers to understand the issue they are facing.
• Scope the case and set expectations accordingly.
• Research,  analyse logs  and  customers  data,  reproduce  the  issue  in my  Lab  where  I  use 
Hyper-V with 2012R2 – 2016 Servers.
• Give support by remote sessions, using LogMeIn software.
• Deployment  AD  with  Exchange  2013-2016  in  hybrid  environment  with  Office  365  and 
integrating ADFS SSO authentication.
• Collaborate (if needed) with other internal teams.
