English,German, Italian and Spanish and escalate
sensitive cases according to set procedures.

to KYC and Payments and dealing with negotiations,
legal threats and closures on customers accounts.
• Daily use of Excel for the review of daily and
weekly promotions and adjudication of unassigned
promotions.
