Acerca de Enrique Rodriguez Sáez:
I began in the field of health sciences by my interest in biochemistry when I was studying in high school; 3 years later I met the link with forensic investigations so I decided to apply for specific formation in this area.
The formation I chose was a spanish-2-years degree in professional higher education named "Anatomical pathology and citodiagnosis" for early getting a job as forensics assistant.
While I was expecting a vacancy I decided to go deeper into biological samples processing so I started another 1-year complementary degree to work on clinical and biomedical diagnosis and, at the moment, after my experience working on practises I believe this is my passion so I have the biggest enthusiasm in the job.
I worked with responsibility and compromise, following protocols, receiving, processing and archiving several types of samples, including biopsies, surgical resections and citology among others as pathological anatomy technician and also different samples for clinical diagnosis laboratory departments such as haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology or blood bank.
I also assisted in a medical study based on six partial necropsies to identify atherosclerotic plaques carrying out some of the dissections following the orders from the anatomopathologist facultative.
