As a FOH Manager I am responsable for the daily management and organization of the Front of House team
and daily operations. I work directly with other departments, cleaning, facilities, security including the client stakeholder, Meta, to ensure operational efficiency in our spaces.
-Welcoming and guiding our guests and visitors
-Oversight of office spaces as well as users journey
experience.
-Conducting return to work, probation reviews, appraisals
and disciplinary processes with FOH team.
-Coordinating and assisting HR department with. new hires,
terminations and regular procedures.
-Maintain clear records of actions arising from inspections
and audits, record works undertaken to address these
using the compliance system and provide regular reports.
-Accomplishing with quarterly inventory stock.
-Creating and implementing new templates for data entry
and records.
-Create and maintain strong and positive relationship
across clients and vendors.
-Acting as main Point of escalation for operational issues
across the cafe spaces.
-Providing problem solving solutions to the client.
-Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Health and Safety,
-HACCP and COSHH regulation.
-Actively audit and make recommendations for continual
improvement in Health and Safety policies.
-Weekly walks around with Health and Safety manager to
raise and take action if any risk arises.
-Actively participate in the planning implementation
monitoring and reporting sustainability and corporate
social responsibility initiatives.
-Coordinating with facilities team for any operational
requirements.
-Support and coordinate with the team for the corporates
events at the property.
