Wicked Problems: Addresses public hospital challenges with "Buddy!", a digital tool to track wait times and improve communication, aiming to enhance the patient experience. North Studios: We collaborated with North Studios to design a resource management tool, using research and user testing to create a high-fidelity prototype tailored to their needs. Redesign: Goodreads redesign, focusing on improving user experience through heuristic analysis, competitive benchmarking, and high-fidelity prototyping. Wellness: The "KICK" app is a wellness tool designed to help people quit smoking, developed through thorough research, user interviews, and iterative design.
