Throughout my career I have always been involved in teaching and building working relationships with stakeholders, whether it was to the farmer in agricultural engineering, or the assembly managers and staff as a construction consultant. I have worked with all levels of management, from CEO to factory workers, and taught English both online and in person. I am passionate about communication, as I believe that it is the foundation to creating relationships and avoiding misunderstandings.

Experiencia

I worked for Consolis (Latvija) as a construction consultant, with my main duties being to track the production quality issues, analyse the trends and create KPI's for moving forward, this was then expanded to the rest of the Baltic's and Poland, where they now also use this system. As a secondary function, I was also responsible for expanding the use of English within the offices to give a common language across the whole group. 

Educación

I have a 120 hour TEFL certificate, and a degree in Building surveying (including construction management)
