Caitriona Cooke

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Caitriona Cooke. I am a graduate of Dublin City University. I achieved a 2:1 in my bachelor of arts joint honours degree in media and law. I have a passion for both fields and enjoyed and excelled in modules that covered environmental topics. 

I am capable of working both individually or in a group setting and am diligent in any and all tasks I am required to undertake. In my degree I had the opportunity of using Microsoft tools that enabled me to create presentations, essays and data projections for various workloads and was constantly learning new skills I could improve on.  In my recent jobs whilst I was a student I dealt one on one with customers and gained valuable insights in how to properly assist in customer queries, complaints and general feedback both in person and via phone or email, as a result of my experience I am passionate about customer service. As well as that I am efficient and experienced in handling communications and  record keeping through tasks I carried out in extracurricular activities in both school, college and work experience. In my most recent role I was a client services intern for a marketing company, I thoroughly enjoyed working here and my duties included creating and supplying POs, taking minutes, creating cost estimates, handling correspondence between clients and setting up calendar meetings. I am extremely grateful for the hands on admin experience I gained.

I am competent in dutifully completing tasks in a time efficient manner while paying close attention to detail and overcoming challenges when and if they arise. I pride myself on my work ethic and passion to produce work of high quality while sticking to the guidelines and objectives at hand.
