Extensive experience creating learning content, developing, and teaching training courses in nine Latin American countries. Educational support for sales team representatives for new products launch, brand knowledge, and soft skills. 

UNILEVER 2001-2023 Mexico. For 22 years, I have been continuously involved in the design of educational content for different company brands, creation of training manuals, workbooks, educational materials for points of sale, evaluation system for POS staff, research on product use, customer service protocols, training courses for new product launches, and brand knowledge update. I also have contributed to the design and delivery of soft skills workshops for NOLA and SOLA clusters, and served as media spokesperson. 

AVON 2022- Mexico. Designed sales training content and brand book, sales support sheets and learning support notebook. Delivered 2 Masterclasses for the trainer team and 2 Masterclasses for the sales team. 

ANTEII 2018-2023 Mexico. Design and delivery of training courses for the sales force. Developed content and didactic material for company brands and delivered training for commercial partners of the company (e.g., San Pablo Pharmacies etc.). Brand spokesperson for media.

FRANSLUX 2018 Mexico. Development of the following: ·policies and procedures for hiring POS personnel ·sales team brand book and technical sheets for each product ·profile and knowledge evaluation package for new POS hires. Moreover, I established the dynamics and didactics for a unique experiential training for Versace and Moschino brands.

BAYER 2017 Mexico. Training delivery to expose the competitive advantages of the Coppertone brand to the 100 top managers of Bayer Mexico. Developed and delivered training courses for the POS and OTC sales force on the Coppertone´s Summer Route.

HARLOW ENTERPRISES INC. 2016 TEXAS, USA. Generated the tax service and education strategy for the Hispanic community. Supervised and trained the company's personnel in customer service procedures. Advising services for the Hispanic community on the importance of filing taxes with the IRS, reducing cultural and communication barriers.
