I served as a Senior Customer Service and Operations Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland
from September 2013 to June 2022. In this role, he managed the daily renewal/cancellation
of overdraft facilities, responded to emails regarding customer queries and support for
overdraft facilities, analyzed and spread financial information of corporate customers,
conducted audits of bank facilities, prepared and published weekly MIS reports, and
managed queues. He also served in mortgage operations and anti-money laundering, where
he was responsible for verifying customers' identities, assessing risks, detecting and
reporting suspicious transactions, and delivering work on time and with utmost quality.
My notable achievements such as handling User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a newly
developed security tool, identifying multiple bugs and errors, and reducing response time of
