I have experience dealing with international clients as I have a background in tourism. I'm very competent in identifying their needs and solving their requirements. Through the years of work experience I grew myself as a very organized and dynamic person, that has an eye for details and is constantly thinking forward in order to improve. My positive attitude and communication skills either in English or Italian, helped me to accomplish certain goals in my career and to improve the working environment.

At the same time I was attending University and pursuing studies in Tourism , I worked in an office where I learned the practical aspects of properly handling documents, keeping files organized and data entry. While I was there I got an award for helping identify several cases of fraud.

After I finished my degree I began to work as a front desk receptionist. I became proficient at customer care, spreadsheet preparation, business correspondence and travel arrangements for clients. Whenever the manager was unavailable, the responsibilities were all mine.

My last work experience was as a travel associate in a very well known online travel agency. I particularly enjoyed this last position as I learnt how to operate different sorts of bookings on a large scale and it helped me to develop my communication and technical abilities.
