Team leader of a new team in the field of Data & Analysis 
Competence Center (DACC) There are now 19 employees in the 
team who make Data-Driven successful for the Urban Development 
cluster. In addition, I am also team leader of the Executive and 
Management Support team. About 8 Executive Secretaries who work 
for the directors of Urban Development.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT – MUNICIPALITY OF 
ROTTERDAM

Operationally responsible for a team of 24 professionals. With this 
team, we work dedicated to the Social Development (MO) cluster 
(from Research and Business Intelligence) to realize data and analysis 
applications. I also help, together with the Data-driven programme 
manager and the Data & Analysis competence centre (DACC) 
coordinator of MO, to shape the implementation of the DACC.

As part of the Urban Development Cluster Team (from OBI) 
describing wishes and then analyzing the information needs for the
