• Team management of 10 reports
• Planning, design process from briefing, workflow including prioritization, task delegation, working with tight deadlines by optimizing the time and the resources, teamwork supervision until blueprints stage. Quality standards are implemented during the whole process
• Development of the creative strategy of the corporative brochure, ad hoc printed pieces and activation programs. Empowering the team to achieve the best work and providing the necessary guidance
• Brand consistency and 360o communication. Delivering assets following global guidelines basis, aligning brand positioning in all the channels. Working closely with the global creative team, being the brand guardian in my cluster and being the responsible of the good implementation, collaborating
with the local content teams to align the brand strategy
• Drive excellence in quality, strong eye for details and constructive feedback to the team
• Responsible for the successful implementation of model and product photography across all categories, working with the relevant art directors, photographers and agencies
• 5Cs Brochure Optimization Framework: Communication, Convenience, Creativity, Clarity and Compliance • Neuromarketing applied into the brochure to grab the consumer attention in a world full of messages
• Understand competitor activity and insights and ensure latest creative and category trends
are implemented in the process to reach the KPIs
