Experiencia

With over 4-years’ professional experience in various administration, project management and customer service roles I have developed and showcased an array of skills and attribute critical for today´s professional environment.

In my most recent position as Project Officer at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, I played a pivotal role in a significant Mental Health Services Disaggregation project. My responsibilities included providing Project Management, HR Advisory, and Recruitment Coordination services, contributing to the execution of Victoria's largest Mental Health System transition. In this role, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project skills were essential for efficient planning, executing goals and streamlining processes. My excellent communication, time management and collaboration skills shone through whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, to successfully transfer a workforce of over 2000 employees in a busy and demanding industry.

Prior to that, as a Recruitment Coordinator, I showcased my excellent attention to detail and organizational prowess by efficiently managing various aspects of the recruitment process including; conducting interviews, generating contracts, on-boarding new employees and answering an HR related enquiries. This position involved working closely with HR Advisors, Business Partners, and Directors to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment strategies.

Before my roles at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, I gained invaluable Customer Service experience at Oracle CMS, The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources, and Medibank. In these roles, I consistently provided exceptional service, catering to stake-holders´ needs and inquiries in a professional and helpful manner, allowing me to regularly achieve the company KPI´s. As a Customer Service Representative, I managed customer data with accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating an innate ability to prioritise, multitask and excel in high-pressure environments.

My professional journey spans an array of industries and showcases versatility, adaptability and resilience, attributes critical in today's professional landscape. My ability to seamlessly navigate through various roles and industries demonstrates not only flexibility but also a tenacity to face new challenges. My proactive engagement in diverse tasks and environments highlights my initiative and willingness to take on an array of responsibilities, which has contributed to the overall success of all the projects and teams I have been a part of.

I hold a BSc in Microbiology from University College Dublin. Currently, I am studying a part-time MSc in Global Health at Universitat de Barcelona.
