As Flight test engineer, my responsibility is:
-Monitor helicopter actuations and telemetry in real time during testing ( +34 parameters) .
-Autopilot’s flight gains configuration and flight envelope limitation for each configuration.
-Post-flight telemetry analysis and troubleshooting.
-Generate software specifications for FCS/navigational systems.
-Give formation to clients as RPA operators

My responsibility was the design and prototyping of mechanical and electronic systems using CAD tools (CATIA v5 Machining, sheet metal WB , SOLIDWORKS, PCB Express, Proteus), as well as manufacturing processes optimization, quality control (Systems Verification and diagnostics) and post- flight data (telemetry) analysis using Matlab suite to validate systems and flight configuration.
