Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a Social Media and Communications Specialist with a creative flair and a keen eye for engaging content. The ideal candidate will work in tandem with our Editing Manager to strategically distribute video content across social platforms, particularly TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who is not only passionate about social media, particularly TikTok, but also adept at tailoring content to reach our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Editing Manager to plan, create, and distribute compelling video content on social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok.
- Engage in content creation that includes customer case studies, client interviews, and viral-worthy videos to amplify brand presence and audience engagement.
- Identify and implement strategies to maximize brand exposure and connect with the appropriate audience through social media channels.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, scouting suitable candidates, and other preparations necessary for producing high-quality, relevant videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance content strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Exceptional proficiency in English, with native-level fluency highly preferred.
- Residency in Madrid.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for and experience with social media platforms like TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in scheduling and coordinating interviews and video production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt content strategies to changing trends and audience preferences.
