Adevinta's communications team is building our company's reputation as a leader in online classifieds, while developing a culture of trust and resilience among our employees.

As the Global Internal Events Intern, you will report to our Events Manager and support her in all aspects of managing Adevinta's high-profile all-employee events.


Job Description:


  • Support the Events Manager in all the activities related to the events to make sure we engage our employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Give input into the content, agenda and logistics of events.
  • Manage the schedule of regular meetings and the project plan to ensure event stakeholders and working group members are engaged and deliver on their event tasks on time.
  • Occasionally manage the event communications tools (Brevo, Slido, Streamyard, G-Suite, etc.).
  • Collecting information, monitoring and reporting on key communications metrics to ensure messages are landing with our audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with our comms team and participate in regular meetings to align on how we communicate the events internally.
  • Liaise with the event agency and provide feedback on work delivered.
  • All above tasks will be completed under the supervision and with the support of the Event manager or of a senior manager.
  • Support and attend events when necessary
About you

  • You are a currently enrolled student, preferably pursuing studies in events and communications, seeking a unique internship opportunity in an international and dynamic environment.
  • You're a global citizen open to new cultures and ideas and keen to create events fostering our multiculturalism, DEI program and sustainable objective.
  • You are an allrounded person, who has a keen eye for detail and organisation and is proactive and collaborative, willing to experiment bravely and make the most of this opportunity.
  • You have a growth mindset, you're able to adapt quickly to change, and thrive on new experiences.
  • You have excellent communications skills.
  • You are fluent in English (conversational and written).
