Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role at Kyndryl you will be responsible for:

Day to day administration of Windows environment.
Working with the team to automate the deployment process.
Assist with automation and integration of with other tools.
Providing technical guidance to customer.
Creating and updating technical documentation as required.
Teamoriented and able to operate with mínimal supervision.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge of Windows Systems deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance in an enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/201
Competent management of competing priorities and workloads.
Demonstrated experience participating in incident, problem, and change control processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creation of technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Familiar with security best practices as they relate to Information Systems.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Knowledge about Public Cloud Evironments like AWS & Azure, and DevOps (Ansible Tower, scripting, automation).

Required Education
Technical Diploma

Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
