Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role at Kyndryl you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day administration of Windows environment.
  • Working with the team to automate the deployment process.
  • Assist with automation and integration of with other tools.
  • Providing technical guidance to customer.
  • Creating and updating technical documentation as required.
  • Teamoriented and able to operate with mínimal supervision.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of Windows Systems deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/201
  • Competent management of competing priorities and workloads.
  • Demonstrated experience participating in incident, problem, and change control processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creation of technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiar with security best practices as they relate to Information Systems.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Knowledge about Public Cloud Evironments like AWS & Azure, and DevOps (Ansible Tower, scripting, automation).
