The Paid Media Account Coordinator Role:

As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.

Your expertise in paid media strategies, data analysis, and campaign optimization will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and maximizing return on ad spend.

We are looking for someone who loves the digital media industry with proven skills in paid search marketing and social media advertising.

You will work with teammates to ensure consistent messaging for successful omni channel campaigns.

The successful Paid Media Account Coordinator should be able to:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience. Identify key channels (such as search, display, social media, video, etc.) to reach the target audience effectively.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, ad copy creation, targeting, budget allocation, and bid management. Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Channel Management: Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors, staying updated with the latest features, trends, and best practices. Stay current with industry developments to identify new opportunities for paid media campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creative and landing page experiences that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data using various analytics tools to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets effectively, monitoring spending and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired results within the designated budget.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance, including ad copy, targeting, and landing page variations. Implement a datadriven approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to optimize landing pages and user experiences to increase conversion rates and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media management. Share knowledge and provide recommendations to enhance the team's expertise.

About You:


  • You are looking for a genuinely exciting and meaningful new adventure as part of a growing, friendly and committed team. You will have at least 5 years + experience within paid search & social & digital marketing and are looking for a way to develop your career further.
  • An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is able to positively develop client relationships whilst also managing client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and ad management tools.
  • You have excellent communication and personal organisation skills, selfmotivation, calmness under pressure and the ability to respond well when things don't go 100% to plan.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • You are practical, reliable, selfdisciplined and efficient. Adept at turning ideas into actions and organising work that needs to be done. Your confidence and maturity should be clear through your ability to clarify details of work, search out errors and take a conscientious approach to perfecting work both you and others send to clients.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing programs that have contributed to increased revenue, new customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • An understanding of inbound marketing and/or experience working with HubSpot is preferred but not essential.
  • Passionate about performance marketing and eager to continually learn new ways to develop and implement competence.
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional teams, meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Salary: 30,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
